Very polite staff in a clean, reasonably priced hotel close to the Ginza, but it was full of cigarette smoke, especially our corridor and room.
Having requested a non-smoking room we were given a room that stank of smoke because it was a smoking room!! No non-smoking rooms were available. Smoke in my room, and hence my clothes, is something I find disgusting.
The staff were exceptionally helpful providing assistance in working out how to get to various locations.
very near Tsukiji Fish Market
Hotel was old (decor, appliance, bathroom, etc)
The rooms are small and a bit old but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Staff were sensational
The location, Services like night laundry
Very expensive restaurant
Location of hotel is near Ginza shopping area and Tokyo station. Breakfast was ok.
Room was not non smoking as it was ordered.
Unhelpful staff. Asked for non-smoking room, got one night of smoking room. Will not ever stay in this hotel again.
The hotel is just 1 min walk from the nearest metro station and 10 min walk from Ginza. The hotel staff is very nice. The room is clean. Convenience stores nearby. Free Lan Internet.
The hotel cafe closes at most times. Tv programmes in Japanese language only.
Nice room. English speaking staff.
Very far from main station, hard to find.
great time staff very help full .. smile ^^ always
Many staff can speak both English and Japanese, and it's a great location.
For me, most value thing in the hotel was a small apparatus for water boiling. It gives the opportunity for guests to have tea at any time they want.
Convenient location to subways and all of Tokyo. Facilities good. Staff friendly.
Decor a bit dated in main building
Price, Staff, Access to Metro.
No clear glass in widow, a/c only gave out heat. Had to open window at night, to cool off.
Well located near Ginza
The hotel has no dedicated non smooking room.. Making our stay not confortable due to the smoke odour in room.
